Trust, Integrity & Professionalism

Trident brings the discipline of national security into private hands — for the families, family offices and advisors who require it, and expect it to be invisible.

Who we are

A private practice, not a security company.

Trident was founded to give principals in the Gulf a single, trusted partner for the things that cannot be delegated to a vendor: their safety, the people around them, and the private matters that decide how well a life actually runs. We work by relationship and by referral, for a deliberately small number of families at a time.

Our people

Former military, intelligence and government.

Our principals and senior practitioners come from the armed forces, national intelligence services and government protective duties. Between them they have planned and run protection, risk and sensitive operations at the level where mistakes are not permitted.

That background shapes everything: we plan before we act, we verify before we trust, and we say less rather than more. The same people who scope an engagement are accountable for how it ends.

Region

Resident in the Gulf.

Trident is based in the UAE and works across the wider GCC. Our teams are resident in the region and fluent in how it actually operates — its households, its protocols, its expectations of privacy and respect. We are local enough to be useful within the hour, and international enough to travel with you.

Held to our own standard

We vet our own people first.

Every Trident officer and staff member is cleared through SecurePass — the same vetting product we run for our clients. Identity, record, qualifications and references are all confirmed before anyone is deployed. We will not hold your household to a standard we have not met ourselves.

How SecurePass works →

How we work

Four principles, applied without exception.

Discretion

We publish no client names, no case studies and no photographs of the people we serve. Discretion is not a policy here; it is the product.

Rigour

Every engagement is scoped in writing, run to documented protocols and reviewed at its close. Nothing is improvised that can be planned.

Accountability

One named partner owns your relationship end to end. You always know exactly who is responsible, and you deal with a person, not a queue.

Confidentiality

Information moves on strict need-to-know, held under contractual confidence, and is returned or destroyed at the end of the engagement.

We spent our careers protecting the interests of states. Trident applies that same standard to a smaller, more personal set of people.
